Ok, it's been awhile but here it is:
So if I tagged you here is what you do
"List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether or not they have words, or even if they’re not any good, but they must be songs you’re really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your LiveJournal/blog along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they’re listening to.
So this is my 7 songs:
1. My Humps by the black eyed peas. I love this too Dawn!...silly fun
2. Unwritten - Natasha something - not new but really an inspirational song - we played it at our 5th grade graduation and I bawled thinking of the year with my kids.
3. If You're Going through Hell - Rodney Atkins - another inspirational, pick me up song, and it's got a good rhythm to it
4. Buttons - Pussycat Dolls - another guilty pleasure - sometimes I want to remember what it was like to be young and sexyish
5. Walk Away - Kelly Clarkson - I just really like how all her songs are different and she has a power voice
6. Beautiful Day - U2 - love these guys.....
7. Well most things on my MP3 player - I love to skip around...
Here is who I tagged
Emily
Jennie
Kathy
Rachel
All the rest of the Jungle girls Dawn missed
All the other POps girls with a blog!
And my TTS blog friends - I haven't seen ya in awhile, but I will be back!
Ok I cheated a bit! :)

Got to go to crop
At our LSS last night - I was very productive - have some pages to finish as I didn't have what I needed, but got quite a few pages partially done! I will share one here.
My Seahawks won today - woohoo! Started great, slacked off at the end, but they built such a great lead that it was ok. I love football season! My Huskies even beat UCLA yesterday - a fun surprise! I hope they are on the way back!
We are having perfect weather right now - I love this time of the year when the days are still warm but it gets cool at night! Now I gotta watch my tomatoes to make sure they don't freeze (I have them in buckets this year, so I can move them inside if I know it's coming!

Busy weekend!
Well I survived going straight from school on Friday to a training session from 4pm to 8:30 pm - then getting up on Sat morning and sacrificing a weekend day for more training from 8-4pm - it was good but so hard to sit through so many hours - we were all exhausted! Fortunately I will get paid for it, which will be very helpful! Today is my aunt and uncle's 4th anniversary party (Happy Anniversary, Jim and Pat!). That should be fun!
In between that, and while I'm doing laundry I'm hosting a chat over at
- we are doing a week of scrapbooking classes and games and chats so I'm kicking things off in a few minutes. Feel free to stop in! If you've registered at the site you just go to the chat room and sign in. If the chat room isn't working we'll probably chat through Yahoo Messenger!
Have you ever had one of those dreams that seem like full-length movies? Boy did I have one last night and it sure was interesting! My husband was being set up for trying to do something to me (why I don't know) and I remember being stranded in Seattle somewhere I think........wound up him being on trial and some mermaids (I think) helped prove his innocence (ok, I know it's weird, but you know you've all had weird dreams).......usually an alarm clock cuts off the dream, but this one pretty much ran to the end and all is well! hehehe, I like to write them down sometimes so I'll remember them more!

Back on track
I haven't blogged much lately - partly due to computer changes, and of course the start of the school year! But I'm happy to say I know have my own computer in my own room and DH has his gaming computer in the spare room - so no more impatience over one monopolizing the machine! It was our anniversary gift to each other - seems like maybe it's not good as we spend less time together, but I enjoy hearing him have fun next door (they have a program where the players can all speak to each other) and we do stop and eat and watch movies and do other things sometimes too......
School is going fine so far; I have some really great kids this year! I know there will be issues as always, but I think I can handle it! I have such a better handle on everything else this year - I got very organized this summer, and am teaming closely with another 5th grade teacher...it helps so much!
Still trying to scrap when I can. I've done a few pages lately and I love it when I get to using up stash! Hopefully I will get more done this weekend and share here!
Well off to bed, I either caught a cold or my allergies exploded with the fires burning in Washington state......give some prayers out to all the firefighters working hard to stop this huge fire! They have help from all over the world - but Mother Nature hasn't provided much of it so far! We need some rain!
